Planning support & day-of coordination for celebrations that feel like you.

Most couples I work with actually like being hands-on with their wedding planning. And let’s be honest, who’s hiring a full-blown wedding planner in this economy? But planning a party for 50, 100, or 200 people is a big deal. With so many moving parts, it can be hard to be sure you’ve thought of everything and that it will all come together. And on your wedding day, you shouldn’t have to keep things on track (be it behind the scenes or out front). You should feel free to be present and soak it all in.

That’s where I come in.

I’m with you every step of the way…

  • Beginning

At the start of your planning, I help you get clear on your values and priorities so that you can go away and plan your wedding with confidence, your way. The couples I work with want to think outside the box and ditch traditions that don’t resonate with them.

My Values Mapping Activity will help you to celebrate the start of your marriage in a way that reflects your shared vision. It also honours that our time and budgets are often limited. This session will help you work together to define your top priorities— so that your energy, money, and attention go where it matters most.

  • Middle

6-8 weeks before your wedding, we will schedule a check in to ensure that your planning is coming together. We will talk through every aspect of your planning, iron out any details you might have missed, identify anything that still needs to be done and finalise the timeline for the wedding day.

1 week before the wedding you will hand all your vendors over to me as the main point of contact.

Now it’s time for you to focus on getting married— how exciting!!

  • End

I’ll attend your rehearsal to coordinate the flow and make sure everyone knows exactly what they’re doing— so when the wedding arrives, you’ll feel calm and confident.

On your wedding day, I’m your wedding wingwoman— making sure all your planning pays off. I’ll handle the logistics, keep things running smoothly, and also act as your host/emcee, guiding your guests so there are no awkward pauses or “what do we do now?” moments.

I’ll take care of all the details, keep your vendors on track, resolve any (inevitable and unforeseen) hiccups, and keep the good vibes rolling, so you can focus on soaking it all in and being fully present.

What else might you want to know?

  • I can step in at any phase of your planning.

Ideally, we’d begin working together as early into the planning as possible, especially if you’re interested in the Values Mapping Activity to ensure your day is as authentic to you as possible.

However, you may be deep into your planning and realise that you are going to need someone (other than you) who can ensure everything goes off without a hitch. If that’s the case, reach out, and I will swoop in to help.

  • If you’ve already chosen a friend or family member to be your emcee, no problem. I’m happy to step back and make sure they have everything they need to shine and have all the info they need to act as host for the day.

  • I can definitely recommend vendors and suppliers that I know or have worked with, however, it will be up to you to reach out and get them booked in for your wedding.

  • Good question! Most of the time, I would say yes. This is because the venue coordinator is only looking after the venue, where as a day-of coordinator, like myself, is there to ensure that all of your plans get executed just as you envisioned them.

Sometimes venue coordinators offer more hands-on support, so it’s good to ask them what they will provide so that you can know if that will be sufficient for you.

  • Definitely! If you have plenty of help on the day, but want a second opinion whilst planning from someone who knows weddings inside out, I’ve got you. We can have a session to walk through your plans, answer your questions, and make sure you’re creating a celebration that feels like you — not just what you think a wedding “should” be.

  • If you’re interested in one aspect of my service or are after something you don’t see here, get in touch! I’m always open to a chat to see if we can make something work.

  • I do not offer full planning services at this time. If you need help with an aspect of your planning, I may be able to help, so please get in touch.

  • I am based in Brighton, UK, but am very happy to travel to wherever you’re getting married.

Travel and accommodation costs may apply based on the location.

You’ve got this (but I’ve got you)!
